STAFFING Services
Bartenders: Our bartenders know how to set up a bar with little or no direction. They have an extensive knowledge of wine and can mix the perfect drink, allowing our clients the ability to sit back and enjoy the party.
Servers: All our servers have a solid background in food and beverage. They are able to create a relaxed dining experience from beginning to end.
Valet/Van Drivers: Our valets have spotless driving records. They are courteous, safe and responsible. They remember your guests and will have them in and out as quickly as possible.
Hostess: Main responsibility will be to greet and interact with your guests in a friendly and professional manner. They can operate a registration table for large conferences or seat your guests as they arrive for your big day.
On-site Managers: Highly recommended for larger functions. Our On-Site managers work closely with you to make sure every detail is taken care of. They manage the staff and give them complete direction allowing you to be the perfect host.
Private Chefs: Make your next event one to remember. Our Private Chefs will help prepare a menu, work with dietary needs and restrictions. They have an extensive culinary background and know how to organize and operate a kitchen. They are responsible for presentation and serving of the food. They can take any event or function to the next level.
Prep Cooks: You have your chef but need a little extra help in the kitchen, we have got you covered. Our prep cooks are quick and efficient. They know how to work a knife and comfortable in any kitchen.
